The Role


Provides leadership, expertise and professional advice to the Commercial Manager in regards to sales channels to ensure business objectives are supporte

 Develops and gains agreement to sales strategies, plans and budgets to support the implementation and realization of agreed corporate sales objectives

Provides input and participates in the development of pricing, discount and marketing strategies in conjunction with marketing, ensuring competitiveness and profitability

Provides high-level direct commercial support to team leaders and commercial staff in order to create win-win business situations

Monitor commercial trends and competitors activities in order to determine the effectiveness of commercial plans and strategies


Administers the performance of management processes for the commercial team members in order to establish and communicate individual objectives, assess subsequent performance and identify development needs

Reporting to the Commercial Manager

Requirements

 

Requirements


 BS in Business Administration or Management
 Minimum of 6 years stretching experience in a recognized e-commerce enterprise environment with a proven track record at the supervisory or managerial level
 Strong customer focus
 Excellent negotiation skills
 Analytical mind set with excellent presentation skills
 Strong knowledge of the internet/mobile (e-commerce) market
 Information seeking
Strong sense of teamwork, people development and motivational capability
Fluent English and Farsi
