Senior Recruitment Specialist


The Role


1) Prepare recruitment plan

2) Offer recruitment methods and hiring processes

3) Consult with senior executives and human resource manager to identify hiring needs

4) Collect, review and screen submissions and CVs

5) General and specialized behavioral job interviews

6) Interview job applicants on professional experience, education, training, skills and behavioral assessments and personality

7) Reference and background checks of applicants

8) Guide and familiar new employees with the company culture and their job duties (company induction/orientation)

9) Prepare documentation for hiring process


Requirements


1) Education: BA or Master Degree

2) Experience: Minimum 4 years Recruitment experience essential

3) Language: Fluent in English (Oral & Written)

4) Problem solving skills & strong communication skills

5) Ability to work as team player

6) Conceptual and Analytical Skills

7) Advanced office

8) Professional knowledge of all HR areas particularly Recruitment & hiring
